PetPro Studios Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to PetProStudios.com and our interest-list forms. PetPro Studios provides purpose-built private commercial studios to independent pet professionals and does not provide the grooming or other pet-care services performed by those independent professionals.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact information, preferred market, and self-reported professional or business information. We also collect website, referrer, UTM, campaign, click-ID, technical, submission, dedupe, security, and internal-score data. IP information may be processed transiently or in hashed form.
Information You Should Not Submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial credentials, medical information, client names, exact home or client addresses, or other sensitive information.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to your inquiry; evaluate future locations and market, geographic, timing, pricing, and business-readiness signals; measure sources; prevent duplicates, fraud, and abuse; maintain security and operations; support aggregate planning; and comply with law.
Calculator Results Emails
If you ask us to email your Off Leash Earnings results, we collect your email address, the calculator and scenario inputs needed to calculate your results, and limited source or session information needed to deliver the requested email and understand where the request originated. We use this information only to validate and recalculate the estimate, send the requested results, preserve source attribution, and prevent abuse or duplicate sends.
Requesting calculator results does not add you to the PetPro waitlist or enroll you in marketing communications. If you separately join the waitlist, that separate submission and its terms apply.
Cloudflare processes the request and delivers the transactional email on our behalf. The delivery system does not store your email address or calculator inputs in its delivery log. It stores a one-way hashed request identifier, delivery status, and timestamps for up to 30 days for security, troubleshooting, and duplicate prevention, after which those records are deleted.
Internal Planning Score
Any internal score is based on self-reported planning information only. It is not a credit decision, approval, guarantee, reservation, lease offer, or right.
Communications
We may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send automated promotional text messages without separate consent.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, forms, storage, security, and analytics, including Framer and Cloudflare; when required for legal or safety reasons; and in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information collected through the interest form.
Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Test, invalid, duplicate, and abusive submissions may be removed sooner.
Choices
Optional information may be omitted. You may request access, correction, or deletion through PetProStudios.com or by replying to a communication. We may require identity verification.
Security, Children, Changes, and Contact
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is absolutely secure. PetPro Studios is intended for adults considering professional opportunities and is not directed to children under 13.
